A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly reputable, family run Solicitors in the Reigate area on a Temporary basis starting ASAP supporting a Matrimonial Fee Earner. This position would be full-time working 9am-5pm with the view to going permanent.
This opportunity will make use of your previous experience within PA/Secretarial roles in a Legal company as well as your confident and quick Audio-Typing skills. Experience within Matrimonial/Family Law is essential.
Duties will include:
- Document Management.
- Audio Transcription.
- Preparing court bundles.
- Conducting Online Searches.
- Providing support to a credible Fee Earner.
- Speaking with clients and maintaining a strong relationship.
