Legal Secretary - Conveyancing team - Southampton

Do you want to work for a successful and busy law firm based in chandlers ford?

What is required from you:

To provide secretarial support to Fee Earners either on a one to one basis or as part of a team.

Other duties include:

Typing - fast accurate mainly audio
Case management - Utilise case management system
Calls, Client contact, File admin and post.

Other duties will be general admin, wherever possible cover other secretaries, pick up digital dictation where needed in the firm.

Undertake any other admin duties of the request of the fee earners, Branch manager or business heads.
