Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing - Portsmouth

A very well established local firm with multiple offices across Hampshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary at their Portsmouth office to join their experienced Residential Conveyancing department.

You will need to be a an experienced residential conveyancing secretary as you will be working directly with the Head of Department. This will involve day to day support in all conveyancing activities. This will cover typing of correspondence, liaising with clients, other firms and estate agents, scanning of key documentation and ensuring that all files meet regulatory, CQS and Lexcel quality standards.

Good quality audio typing skills will be required so a very good command of letter layout and formatting is important. As well as supporting the Head of Department you will be keen to play a part in the team overall and enjoy working in a busy environment and like to feel that you can contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
