Our client has a vacancy for a Conveyancing Secretary to be based in Milton Keynes working within Residential Property. You will need to be a competent, organised and reliable person who will help to maximise the profile and profitability of the firm to the best of their ability.
Good audio/copy typing skills
Good communication skills
Good organisation and administration skills
Ability to prioritise
Able to work well within a team environment.
To provide secretarial support to fee earner including:
Typing all correspondence to include forms, court documents and firm precedents.
Payments in and out of cheques
Dealing with client enquiries
Dealing with e mail and any other correspondence.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
To cover switchboard when needed.
