Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Assistant
We are currently recruiting on behalf one of our biggest clients whose presence within the Hampshire area is certainly expanding. They are looking to take on a legal secretary/Conveyancing Assistant to join their award winning Conveyancing department within their Portsmouth office.
The fortunate candidate would take on a multitude of responsibilities that of collating legal documents and files, arranging appointments, filing correspondence, answering phone calls amid handling confidential information discreetly and retaining a polite and efficient manner. Experiences in audio typing and previous experience within a legal background is a necessity.
Favourable characteristics include an individual with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail with above all a professional and friendly demeanour.
