Legal Secretary - Clinical Risk Department

Interlink recruitment are looking for a Legal Secretarial Team Leader to join a leading International Law Firm within their Leeds office.

Duties Include:

  • Diary Management
  • Booking meetings
  • Prepare documents
  • Digital dictation
  • Manage case management system
  • File, archive, photocopy, scan and fax documents as and when required
  • Answer & make phone calls
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Prepare bundles

Skills needed:

  • Secretarial experience
  • Min of 65 WPH
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills
