An award winning law firm is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join their Agricultural & Disputes team.

My client is one of the South's leading law firms with a clear strategy and vision of the future. They are committed to ensuring that clients have a positive experience with the firm, and to inspire their people to reach their full potential aligned to their values.

This Secretarial role is to provide a professional service to all members of staff and clients of the firm. This role will support both fee earners and paralegals in the Property & Disputes team in Winchester.

The main responsibilities include:

Providing secretarial support to the team
Opening and closing case files
Answering incoming calls on behalf of the team
Some experience of audio typing and digital dictation
Accurate typing ability (60wpm minimum)
Maintaining accurate filing and systems records

The key attributes for this role:

IT literate, proficiency with the Microsoft Office package such as Outlook, Word, Excel
Knowledge of SDLT, Land Registry and transfers
Excellent Communication Skills
Have some experience of Property
An organised, efficient & methodical approach to work
Maintaining discretion and confidentiality over knowledge of client business
