You will come from a background in Legal recruitment or a Professional Services area Finance, Accountancy etc...
Your experience will be at least 2-3 years in recruitment, and you will be able to evidence a passion for what you do and a consistent billing track record.
You will have strong perseverance, a positive mind-set and want to maximise your recruitment career by working with top tier candidates.
