Harrison Sands have a fantastic opportunity open for two Recruitment Consultants currently working in the professional services markets to grow and develop their careers within executive search and headhunting. Our client are an established brand, with a strong database of clients whom they supply with mid to senior level hires in the legal market, mostly focusing on the placement of solicitors.
As part of their ongoing development plans for 2018, they are looking to hire two further consultants in January/ February 2018 and as a company with an excellent training model already in place and a past history of training graduates are able to offer training to Recruitment Consultants moving to the company from another professional service sector.
This role will suit Recruitment Consultants who are focused on career development, and enjoy candidate search, as this is an essential part of the work of a legal headhunter. Applicants should already have experience of developing business within a professional recruitment market, and feel comfortable working with and speaking to clients and candidates in senior positions, the client contacts you are dealing with often being at Director or Board level. We are open to experience level, but all applicants must have a minimum of 8 months experience within a professional recruitment market (white collar, finance, IT, financial services, FMCG and procurement, sales and marketing) and be a graduate or of graduate calibre with the associated excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Our client are able to offer a basic salary of £24,000 - 28,000 plus commission, with your first year OTE at the company being c £35,500 and commission earnings of up to 30%.
