One of CRA's clients are looking to recruit a receptionist for their Sheffield office. The firm are friendly and supportive and are looking for a candidate to be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients.
The role includes but is not limited to dealing with general reception duties including answering all incoming enquiries, which cover conveyancing, property and family law and other administration duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable and have a polite telephone manner as well as good organisation skills.
*Previous experience within a law firm is desired but not essential
*Must be computer literate - with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
*Must be pro-active, professional and friendly
*High levels of customer service and care
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to be efficient when dealing with calls
