Legal Receptionist



Full Time

Interlink are looking to recruit a Legal receptionist to join a National Law Firm on a permanent full-time basis in the city centre of Manchester.

Duties include:

  • Communicating via telephone
  • Taking clear & accurate telephone messages
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all stationary is stocked / re-ordered
  • Managing seminars
  • Assist in the Post room
  • General Admin
  • Make travel arrangements

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong customer focus

Polite & professional Manor

Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
