We're looking for an exceptional Legal PA to join our client's busy team. In this vital role, you'll provide crucial support to the partners and fee earners, enabling them to deliver an exceptional service to clients. If you possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex tasks, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fee earner diaries, scheduling appointments and organising all meetings
  • Prepare all documents for meetings, attend and accurately take minutes, and distribute accordingly
  • Primary point of contact, managing all client and internal queries and ensuring fee earners can respond swiftly and effectively
  • Oversee an accurate and efficient billing process, supporting fee earners in providing clients with the necessary information for prompt invoice payments
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring all correspondence and documents adhere to regulations and quality standards
  • Take responsibility for the safe keeping of original client documents, ensuring their proper return at the conclusion of each matter

What we are looking for:

  • Previous PA/Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential
  • Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, completing responsibilities to a high standard
  • Exceptional people skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive nature with ability to use initiative

Details:

Title: PA

Salary: up to £35,000

Location: Reading

Contract: Permanent, full time (hybrid working)
