Our client - a leading International law firm - are now looking for a Legal PA to join their award winning Real Estate team based in the heart of the City.
They require someone who enjoys the breadth of tasks associated with managing a busy Partner, and a range of Associates.
In addition to having a legal support background, the ideal Legal PA will have highly efficient diary management skills, confident attitude and a pro-active approach to work. The successful Legal PA must also have strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience within Real Estate/Commercial Property.
Some of the Legal PA duties involved will include:
- Arranging diaries
- Meetings and national travel
- Business development
- Booking meetings and conferences
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Timesheets and billing
- Dealing with expenses
The successful Legal PA will have the following experience/skills:
- Previous Legal PA/Secretary experience
- Experience gained in Real Estate/Commercial Property
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
