An excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to join a bespoke legal firm within Oxford. The company are looking for someone to provide first class support to specific partners and have the experience of working within billings or assisting with billings for the firm.

Key responsibilities:

*Become the first point of contact for clients that are dealing with the desired partner. This will allow you to build your knowledge of sector in which your allocated partners work in.
*Review and carry out all administrative tasks that come with this line or work, including scheduling, diary management, outlook management.
*Preparing invoices in the time frame given by the client.
*Assisting credit control
*Organising client meetings
*Drafting letters and emails
*Ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with clients and colleagues as appropriate

About you:

*You must be a highly organised individual and be comfortable working in a professional setting. This is a fast paced role so you must enjoy being constantly occupied and meeting deadlines.
*Experience is required within the PA sector, it will be an additional bonus if you have experience within a legal industry, however, this is not essential.
Desirable criteria:
*A high standard of attention to detail.
*Confident working to deadlines in high pressured environment.
*Confident at communicating with senior and junior specialists within the firm.
*Enjoy client contact as this will be a regular occurrence within this role.
*Flexible, punctual and a team player.
Proficient in the following IT skills:
*Office 2010
*Delta view (PDF Docs, elite)

Training will be provided.
Salary: £31,800
Hours: 9.30 - 5.30
