An exciting law firm based in Solihull is seeking a Legal PA to provide extensive assistance to the corporate department. You will be responsible for range of traditional duties alongside extensive document production and administration. The firm are looking for an excellent communicator who can prioritise, manage their workload and work well as part of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal PA to really get stuck into a new, professional challenge and to provide support with an array of ad hoc projects.
The role will primarily involve typing of legal documentation, diary management, coordination of meetings, opening and closing of files, monitoring of secretarial support to fee earners and clients, management of billing and financial requirements, assistance with travel arrangements, preparation of letters and registration documents, updating of the CRM system and support of any Marketing administration. You may be required to conduct research and organise conferences on an ad hoc basis.
The successful Legal PA will be able to organise effectively, possess good IT and typing skills and ideally have previous exposure with a legal or professional services environment. This is a meaty, hands-on PA position and you will be integral within the firm in providing all-round coordination assistance.
