Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing and automated solutions to large corporate clients. As a result, the firm currently seeks a Legal Operations Manager to provide project management support to the Finance and Real Estate Practise Group. Your brief includes:
•Pricing, Project Management & Data Analysis
-Support medium to large sized matters throughout the matter lifecycle & encouraging best practice data analysis, estimating & budgeting, monitoring, reporting & post-matter reviews
-Design & delivery of a suite of self-serve tools for matter teams to utilise on matters
-Support the development of matter team capabilities, use of methodologies, tools & behavioural change
-Support aspects of implementation of strategic firm-wide or practice group projects
•Legal Process Design & Legal Automation
-Support the identification of legal automation use cases & related workflow solutions to transform legal service delivery
-Support the identification of legal process design opportunities
-Support the operationalisation of appropriate legal technology solutions
•Support practice groups to win new work through contributions to pitches & proposals
•Assisting with client work to develop solutions to specific client issues
•Promoting the Legal Operations function including user education, training & presentations
Demonstrating strong experience in data analytics and visualisation, you will have proven experience of working within a project management or operational role in a Professional Services business environment. The role demands outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to develop robust relationships with a variety of stakeholders and hands on exposure to Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience of using other legal technology and/or a financial practice management system is advantageous. The group offers ongoing career development across the business.
