Legal Finance Billing Assistant
Manchester City Centre
Due to internal promotion, a Legal Billing Assistant is required to join a Global Law Firm in their prestigious Manchester City Centre offices.
Within the finance team you can expect to be working with experienced professionals. There is a great team culture and progression opportunities available internally. The Billing team operates an extremely efficient system and is an integral part of the business.
Typical Legal Billing duties will include; raising bills, write offs, disbursements, closing files, matter management, dealing with enquiries, allocating VAT, drafting bills, billing schedules, working to SLA's, and any other duties as required.
Previous experience within Legal Billing is essential, if you have previously used the 3E/Elite system this would be an advantage. You should be confident in Excel, have an eye for detail and have excellent numerical and organisational skills.
Salary advertised is a guideline only and is depending on experience.
The Legal Billing Assistant is a full time opportunity, working 9am - 5:30pm.
