Your new role
As legal counsel within a small legal team, this is a highly commercial role. You will take the lead on drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements. You will be involved in Bids, dealing with Procurement as well as TUPE. The work will generally be commercial and there might be some disputes (litigation). The ideal candidate will have confidence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have proven in-house legal experience, working for a fast-paced and complex business environment. in order to apply, you will be commercially minded and focused, able to balance business needs and risk. You will be self motivated, with strong negotiating and influencing skills. You will be a UK Qualified Solicitor with previous proven practical skills (ideally between 5-8 years PQE)
