This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal conveyancing secretary to work for a driven and successful team wanting to work on a part time basis

The Legal Secretary role will support Fee Earners in the area of Conveyancing.

Given the demands of the role it is essential you have prior experience within Residential Conveyancing.

Duties include:
Direct support to fee earners
Filing and dealing with correspondence
Track key dates and appointments
Liaise with clients and be a point of contact
Opening and closing files
Use of Land Registry
Preparing SDLT/AP1

Person Specification:
Experienced Legal Secretary within Residential Conveyancing
Highly organised
Hard working
Professional manner
Quick and efficient typist
Excellent IT skills
Team player
Working hours are 9am - 5pm - adaptable to you if needed

Salary is depending on experience.
