This Legal Contract Manager role will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high level legal advice and guidance is provided to engender a culture of partnership between the legal team and our clients business.
The legal team is commercially focused and is regarded as a trusted adviser, providing pragmatic and commercially astute solutions to enable business plans to be compliant and to develop a culture where risk is understood.
· At least 5 years previous experience of contracts drafting, administration, review and negotiation
· Knowledge of contract law, intellectual property and general commercial lawideally with in-house experience in a similar business environment
· Good knowledge on the construction, renovation, facility management, property management and project management industry and their practice
· Commercially astute
· General knowledge of government laws and regulations surrounding the Company business
