My client is looking for a proactive Legal Cashier to join the Cashier team in their Swindon office. As a law firm, they support their clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. They are proud of the reputation they have built, both externally with clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment they have across all their offices. To be considered for this role you will need to have the following experience:

  • Experience working as a Legal Cashier
  • Assisting with raising of Credit notes, processing of transfers and write off requests
  • Assisting with managing client accounts, keeping them up to date with Solicitors Accounting rules
  • Assisting with preparing and processing of CHAPS, BACS and cheque payments
  • Working closely with fee earners to provide any information they need on client account matters

It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
