Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage client financial transactions in line with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.
- Handle BACS receipts, telegraphic transfers, and foreign payments with precision.
- Perform daily compliance checks and manage any SAR breaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
- Work closely with senior management and partners to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in legal accounting software and electronic payment systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Confident, articulate, and skilled at building strong working relationships across the business.
- IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
