Legal Cashier

Our client, a highly prestigious and top tier US/international law firm currently has an opportunity for a legal cashier to join their busy team here in London.

Ideal candidates will have worked within one role previously and be ready to take the next step in to a City based, internationally focused law firm. In return you will have the opportunity to work in a fully collegiate and highly professional environment where there is room to gradually develop and progress. Within this role the successful candidate will be tasked with delivering consistent, high-quality client service to the Firm’s offices in London and throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In this full-time role, you will report to the Finance Operations Manager and will collaborate on a daily basis with the Finance team, Partners, Fee-earners, and Secretaries based in London and the wider team based in the US based offices.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates will be required to demonstrate all of the following key skills:

High level of computer literacy, inclusive of strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Competent in SRA Accounts Rules

Able to organise and prioritise workloads even when working under pressure.

Good working knowledge of accounts software Elite.

Client account cashiering experience

This is a great opportunity for a legal cashier or junior legal cashier looking for progression, standard working hours are 37.5 per week and salary range is going to be commensurate with experience plus paid overtime, firm benefits and discretionary bonus.
