Legal Assistant - Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury
Bristol - Outskirts

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a respected legal practice that’s seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their busy Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting three experienced fee earners, offering exposure to complex casework and a chance to grow your legal career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Please note: Prior legal administration experience within clinical negligence is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting fee earners with clinical negligence and personal injury cases
  • Drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
  • Managing incoming medical records (hard copy & CD format)
  • Handling departmental post - opening, scanning, distributing, and sending
  • Providing general admin support: filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a clinical negligence legal support role (essential)
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Team player with a professional, proactive approach
