The day-to-day role will include dealing with computer or paper record keeping, liaising with colleagues to build a set of documentation relating to supported housing dwellings. This includes dealing with title information, planning permission history, contracts and leases.
The ideal candidate will:
*Have a law degree, this is an essential requirement unless you have over 2 years' experience in property law
*It is desirable to have previously had experience of general property law, an exposure to this area would be desirable, however you must have a desire to practice in property law
*Excellent attention to detail and experience using Microsoft office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to property law for a graduate, it will give you a base of knowledge and skills to start the successful candidates career.
