You will form part of the document production team, be assigned an area of the business to support, as well as working closely with other Legal Assistants.
Your responsibilities will include typing/word processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentially at all times. You will also transcribe information from manual documents or audio, take telephone calls, arrange appointments and ensuring efficient information is recorded on the appropriate file management system.
The successful candidate will be organised, have excellent communication skills as well as the desire and ability to learn quickly.
