Are you a motivated law graduate, with experience or a keen interest in conveyancing? If so, an award winning law firm are looking for you to join their thriving conveyancing team, in their Cardiff office. Notably, this firm offer training contracts.
This is what you’ll be doing…
You will provide support to the fee earners within the residential property department, in all aspects of the conveyancing process, and undertake your own fee earning work under supervision.
- Maintain the highest level of client care at all times
- Liaise daily with clients, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders
- Prepare and submitting applications to the Land Registry
- Comply with industry regulations at all times
- Assist the secretarial and support staff as required
- Assist in all aspects of the accounts procedure, including preparation of bills and completion statements
The experience you’ll bring to the team…
- LLB law degree is essential
- Previous experience in a residential conveyancing role is desirable, however those with a keen interest in property law are encouraged to apply (full training provided)
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
