Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

The Opportunity
A leading claimant law firm with a strong reputation in industrial disease and employer liability claims is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their experienced litigation team. This role focuses on supporting a fee earner handling a caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in personal injury or industrial disease work, who's looking to build a career within a specialist, progressive, and client-focused legal practice.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the day-to-day handling of NIHL litigation files
• 
  Maintain accurate case records and manage client correspondence
• 
  Prepare legal documentation and assist in court and settlement preparations
• 
  Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and gather evidence
• 
  Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met
• 
  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth case progression
