Legal Advisor - German speaking

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Legal assistant/Contract Administrator ideally with recruitment experience to join our busy Legal Team. This role will be the legal point of contact with our Frankfurt office, fluent German is required.


  • Issuing contracts to clients and contractors
  • Reviewing and negotiating client contracts
  • Running and owning certain compliance reports
  • Responding to contractual queries from contractors
  • Managing the candidates’ contract process: chasing, recording and filing signed contracts plus all requested documents for each contractor
  • Ensuring contractors’ set ups are compliant with local and international legislations
  • Data entry into our IT systems
  • Keeping an accurate and professional internal communication with the sales teams
  • Various administrative and organisational tasks

What we are looking for


  • Degree in law
  • English AND German communication skills with an ability to work with contract documents in both languages (other European languages such as French or Spanish would be a bonus)
  • An eye and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Can do attitude with a strong team spirit


  • Ideally a previous experience as a legal assistant or similar position;
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAVision
