The role of the Legal Administrator is to prepare and process court documentation, to prepare enforcement applications, to correspond with Courts, Land Registry and debt management companies via telephone and email, whilst transferring all information onto internal systems accurately.
You will need good communication skills both written and verbal and some administrative experience. You do not need any knowledge or experience in litigation as comprehensive training is offered. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm with a one hour lunch break.
