Legal Administrator

We are welcoming applications for an eager Junior Administrator to join a leading law firm in their friendly London office. This role will involve lots of database management and client contact - so an outgoing personality, sharp admin skills and a strong attention to detail are essential here.

This fantastic opportunity would be well-matched to those with around 6 months+ experience in an Administration role or a college leaver who has completed their qualifications and are looking to gain additional experience in their first full time position.

This role requires delivering efficient administrative support to specific teams including duties such as the following:

  • Liaising with fee earners and clients alike
  • Updating in house database with required information
  • Providing administrative support to others where required
  • Amending documents and files where necessary

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be IT literate including Microsoft packages and most importantly be a team player in order to fit in with their friendly team.
