Legal Administrator

Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to assist partners dealing with property work.

Your purpose will be to provide central support to partners, solicitors and other support staff across the group, undertaking a number of key routine and non-routine tasks.

Responsibilities;

File opening and closing in accordance with procedures
Data input and completion of internal forms
Preparation of bills, to include collating disbursement receipts, liaising with accounts and preparing all documentation
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Generally liaising with the document management centre on document production/collation tasks
Conducting simple legal research
Checking lengthy documentation and proofreading as required
Completing legal forms

The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience of working in a legal admin position with strong IT skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel
