What will I be doing as an Administrator?
Working as part of a very busy team in the legal hub of the company we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the team.
This is a maternity cover position for 12 - 14 months.
Managing your own workload you will be supporting the legal team, ensuring that their administrative requirements are met. Responsibilities include a varied host of administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing invoices, deeds management, property searches to name just a few. Communicating with banks, Environment Agency and internal customers on a regular basis both verbally and via email.
What are the requirements? (experience & qualifications)
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills including Microsoft word and excel.
Being highly organised with excellent attention to detail is essential as well as being a team player and also being able to work on their own initiative.
No legal experience is necessary however being able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner is essential. Previous experience of working in a busy multi-tasking role would be advantageous.
