Legal Administration Assistant


Permanent, Full Time

Up to £23,000 PA

Interlink recruitment are currently looking for an Administration assistant/Secretary to join a leading Leeds City law firm.

Job Role:

  • You will provide secretarial and admin support to the Leeds office (currently consisting of 3 Partners, 3 Solicitors and 2 Paralegals).
  • filing, photocopying, monitoring post, archiving.
  • Audio and copy typing and document processing.
  • Diary management for the partners and solicitors.
  • Receiving phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate, liaising with external clients.
  • Producing bills and dealing with invoices.

Requirements needed:

  • High attention to detail
  • A typing speed of +60wpm
  • Legal secretarial experience.
  • Experienced in both audio and copy typing.
  • Understanding of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
