A Legal Administrator/Clerk is required on a full time, permanent basis for an award winning law firm based in Warwick.

The role involves the following duties:

Managing and drafting important email, telephone and written correspondence on behalf of solicitors/fee earners
Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems in an efficient and logical manner
Preparing, copying and processing letters, documentation and files for a variety of confidential matters.
Mailing, faxing, or arranging for delivery of legal correspondence
Carrying out initial reviews of legal correspondence, liaising with client as required
Office administration tasks together with diary and travel management
Performing secretarial and administrative duties as and when required

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proven discretion with highly confidential information / documents
Ability to work quickly and effectively internally and externally
Previous experience within a similar role
