LED Lighting Sales Specialist - Industrial, Commercial, Bespoke - Vendor
Our client is currently seeking an experienced LED Lighting Sales Specialist to help cope with the demand their increased and continual success has created. An innovative manufacturer, they are seeking a consummate sales professional to call on key decision makers within the LED Lighting sector. With a large target audience and established customer base - this role offers you the ability to sell with confidence, secure in the reliability and quality of your product and services.
The ideal candidate will have a stable work history within the Lighting / LED Lighting or associated industry and be able to demonstrate the ability to gain and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial lighting users as well as working with distributors, resellers and wholesalers. They will also demonstrate the following:
- Ability to sell solutions with a consultative approach as well as adapting to a specific business model. The products can be sold on merit and your knowledge of the LED Lighting industry will be advantageous. Any High or Low Bay sales success of major interest.
- Drive and resilience is essential as you will be responsible for relentlessly developing new and existing contacts - account management skills are as important as the ability to bring on board new opportunities.
- Your product knowledge will set you in good stead - we require candidates that can demonstrate knowledge of design and product management as well as sales.
- A strong knowledge of the industry and competition is essential. Experience of dealing with engineers, buyers, specifiers etc up to and including board level will stand you in good stead.
- Forward thinking and ambitious - you will be assisting in the plans for the business as well as reaping the rewards of attaining personal targets.
- With a proven track record of success and client relationship building, you will fit into the culture of a results based company with a high level of focus and energy.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are essential.
- An LIA/LIF qualification is in lighting design or high level of design experience is desirable but can be out weighed by experience.
- A stable track record and career history are essential and those without, will not be considered.
