Variable hours - £17.63 to £25.30 per hour

We require an experienced Lecturer for the College’s Business Academy providing teaching and lecturing on a variety of modules in Further Education Levels 2 and 3, and Higher Education Levels 4 and 5.
We welcome candidates with particular experience in business finance, law, operation and project management as well as an interest in topic areas such as social enterprise, social media and e-business.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach and assess learning for UK and international learners on a variety of business-related topics. UK learners are over 16 with varying abilities, and our International learners predominately come from Malaysia, Indonesia and China. Classes are taught during term-time from September to July, and there are some twilight and evening sessions.
The successful candidate should have a Degree in a relevant subject, preferably a teaching qualification for the FE sector and a good track record in teaching, learning and assessment. The role will require excellent organisational and communication skills and an innovative approach to teaching, learning and motivating learners.
Anticipated start date is January 2019.
