If you're and experienced Leasehold Officer who wants the opportunity to work from home, this role would be perfect for you.
Initially working on a 10-12 week contract whilst they recruit permanently, the opportunity to apply for the permanent role will be there for you during the contract.
You must have a background in Leasehold Management and have an excellent understanding of Leasehold legislation and be used to carrying out section 20 consultations and dealing with leaseholder enquiries. A knowledge of Service Charges would be advantageous but not essential.
In return, we can offer an attractive hourly rate along with the benefit of no commute to the office prior to going out to manage your patch. Your home will be your office and you can manage your visits appropriately from there.
The patch for this role covers Dorset, Devon and Somerset with the majority of the properties in Dorset
