Leasehold and Service Charge Officer

My client is one of the biggest housing associations in the UK with 58,000 stock across the South East, Midlands and East Anglia, and still looking to expand. 

They are looking for a Leasehold and Service Charge Officer to support the Major Works Officer to join their team in Central London up until March with the intention of going permanent thereafter. 

Must have experience within Home Ownership and understand the difference between shared ownership and home ownership. Housing experience is essential within leasehold, as well as strong customer service experience.

Due to the nature of the data you will be handling, outstanding Excel skills are required with the ability to use mail merges, pivot tables and VLookup.
