I am looking for candidates who are passionate about supporting young people reach their academic potential and are proactive in encouraging personal development.

Candidates who have experience supporting people with autistic disorders either in a personal or employment capacity would be perfect for this position. Experience of supporting learners in an educational environment is desirable.

The role is based in a college environment in the Merton area. Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-4pm (home working in afternoons) per week with a pay rate of £9.97 rising to £11.43 after 12 weeks.
