I am recruiting for an excellent Primary special school in the Outtershaw area of Surrey for SEN learning support assistant. You’ll provide much needed classroom and teaching support, assisting in all educational activities involving communication, curriculum, social skills, and behaviour management. You’ll also make valuable contributions to planning, and to the assessment of pupil progress. We are currently recruiting for Teachers and Teaching assistants for our SEN settings within the Surrey area. This positon will be a placement for Monday, Thursday Friday on Part-time basis seeking to place the ideal candidate for possible extension.

This particular school caters for children with speech, language and communication difficulties. This special school, works with children aged 5 to 11 to recognise these needs and provide therapy and education to meet them. Our multi-disciplinary teams aim to give them the same opportunities as other children, and turn their frustration to confidence.

As an SEN learning support assistant, you will be expected to support and deliver group activities planned by the class teacher and help individuals within the group to engage with more challenging content

Available ideally to work 3 working days a week (Monday, Thursday and Friday)
