Are you a dynamic Learning Support Assistant with experience working with challenging behaviour?
Are you looking for a new exciting and rewarding opportunity?
You will be working with small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis with secondary aged pupils, providing learning support and engaging with students. You will be able to identify and diffuse potentially volitile situations before they occur and communicate effectively with both staff and students. A free lunch is provided to all staff and students, and you will be welcomed to a supportive and proactive team. This is an easy commute from Dudley, Tipton, Oldbury, Halesowen, Walsall and Birmingham.
