As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work directly with students, helping them overcome challenges, gain confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. Whether supporting students with special educational needs, or helping to foster a positive learning environment, your impact will be felt both in the classroom and beyond.

  • Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

The Role:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs, including behavioural, emotional, and academic challenges.
  • Help students develop strategies to improve concentration, learning techniques, and overall engagement with lessons.
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver differentiated support that ensures each child can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
