The main goal of the inclusion is to attempt to prepare the students there for mainstream schooling again or help support and mentor the students at the inclusion, implementing behaviour strategies and ensuring the development of their education continues to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Behaviour Buddy to start a post with real room for growth. All member of the Senior Management team on site - started as 1:1 in the classroom.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
