New Directions Education are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) for various primary schools in Chester. The schools are looking for friendly and confident Teacher Assistants to work in both their mainstream classes and on a one to one basis should the requirements arise, therefore we are seeking Learning Support Assistant’s (LSA’s) with relevant qualifications. Some experience of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) would also be beneficial.

We are looking for staff who:
- Are able to support all age groups within the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and utilise the outdoor classroom effectively;
- Are able to support small groups and pupils on a one to one basis as and when required;
- Are able to work closely with the teaching staff and other teaching assistants within the classroom;
- Are able to provide references covering 3 years of employment and academic study;
- Seek the flexibility of supply work and are suited towards the temporary nature of placements.
We are interested in candidates who are seeking part time and full time roles for day-to-day supply, short term and long term contracts. These may also lead to permanent roles.Additional Information
