Balfor Education is seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants in and around Birmingham for immediate starts. If you have experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a home, school or community setting, Balfor would love to hear from you.
The school is based in central Birmingham and welcomes enthusiastic and energetic LSA's with experience in SEND and a passion to help young people with their education in a range of settings.
As well as working under the direction of the class teacher, LSA's may be required to assist with school trips, help with personal care, assist with lunchtime duties and help prepare resources, maintain a safe and positive learning environment and liaise with key staff as required.

- Have some experience or working with SEND pupils.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be prepared to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check carried out.
