Training Design team has around 40 different training needs analysis / training design projects on the go at any one time all at different stages of delivery. These include classroom based and distance learning products, interactive exercises, assessments and e-learning packages.
Force wide scope of customer at every level : expected to understand and respond to the training & design needs of the organisation in any team and any subject area where a training need exists.
Use a wide range of technology to design e-learning products and other technology enhanced learning techniques e.g. immersive learning / virtual classrooms. Need to show how these can blend into more traditional learning strategies such as face-to-face to provide the most effective outcomes
Recognised qualification in Learning and Development (minimum standard required Learning and Development Level 3 or CTLLS) we’re looking for particular experience in training design in relation to an either an ERP system, or in the areas of HR, Finance, Duties, Payroll, Fleet, L&D
