Creative Learning Solutions Consultant / Programme Leader       

Cheltenham OR London based – ability to go through DV Clearance Required    

OUR Role

As Learning Solutions Consultant your will be working directly with the Director of HMG & Defence. Our role will be to work closely with our key client to identify and capture bespoke training and programme requirements as well as design, propose & develop innovative and creative learning solutions.  The solutions will be both IT and non IT related and vary in scope and scale from short term training courses to large scale lengthy programmes involving multiple interventions and topics. Ideally you will have a technical and learning background giving you the knowledge to create innovative, purposeful, blending learning solutions. You will enjoy engaging with strategic stakeholders, work with our Subject Matter Experts when required to pioneer learning and education to the next level, ensuring our Government Client can evaluate ROI and employee performance.

Your background might be an Account Director within a Learning OR Education provider or an HE  Programme Leader who enjoys creating forward thinking programmes OR a Learning Specialist fully versed in designing bespoke, blended learning solutions.                    

YOUR Experience

Direct experience of large scale learning services

Able to engage at all levels and demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Knowledge and understanding of learning and development design methodologies

Knowledge and understanding of learning assessment and evaluation models

Capable of designing and developing large scale complex learning programmes

Effective commercial acumen and ability to make commercial decisions

Knowledge and understanding of ‘Cyber Security’ and the ‘Cyber Security’ landscape to a foundation/fundamental level

Credible understanding of wider technology landscape and technology environments

Exemplary writing, presentation and communication skills with ability to structure large proposals and bids

Demonstrable track record of successful account development

Proven experience of selling/consulting in a service based contract environment

Ability to demonstrate delivery of effective consultative sales methods

Ability to work independently with creativity

Self-motivated, self-starter, entrepreneurial approach to business
