We are looking for a committed Learning Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil, providing personalised support that can truly change a young person’s future. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored academic and emotional support to the pupil.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies.

• Foster positive behaviour and a love for learning.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or in a mentoring role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to inspire and encourage young people.
• Must have access to a car and a valid driving licence (travel may be required).
