Learning Mentor (Behaviour Specialist) - South East London

My client is based in South East London and they are seeking a Learning Mentor to join their team ASAP. The Provision are seeking someone who has vast experience working with young adults with Challenging Behaviour and behavioural needs such as EBD/SEMH.

The Role will be to teach on a 1:1 basis and small groups and involve outreach support, working with various students with the aim to reintegrate students back into mainstream schools.

The Provision will also consider TA candidates with proven track record of behavioural management and supporting students.

The School:

· Caters and specialises in special educational needs & disabilities, early years, youth work and emotional health.

· Supporting local schools with specialist support and educators.


Essential Requirements:

. Previous experience teaching SEN students and challenging behaviour.

. Must have access to a car and drive

. Relevant qualifications

. Team Teach/MAPA desirable
